Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to purchase by entering a quantity then click on “add to basket” then proceed to checkout. New users will be asked for their contact details and to create their own “User ID” and “password” to help set up an account for future purchases. The order is then emailed through to us here at head office and we then will contact you by phone to inform you of total costs including delivery and VAT and to arrange payment prior to releasing the goods. Alternatively you can simply phone the order through on the number provided above. Please do not send credit/debit card details via email – we will contact you by phone for this information.
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the total weight of the items purchased and the delivery option selected.

N.B. For very small orders, we shall have a minimum charge of £5.50 ex VAT, plus any additional Royal Mail costs.

If an item is out of stock we will send the other items straight away and the delivery for the item outstanding will be free of charge.
We can not accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. We will deliver the goods direct to the address you specify when you submit your order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) normally between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
If the goods you have ordered are temporarily unavailable (i.e…. out of stock) ERS LTD will inform you by email or telephone and do their utmost to provide you with an expected delivery date.
Subject to availability, all orders placed prior to 1pm will be delivered the next working day.
We take great care with our packaging to ensure that all our products will arrive safely. Please check the status of your package immediately before signing the receipt of the goods. If you see damage on the outer packaging this must be noted on the carriers delivery note. You can refuse damaged parcels without signing for these. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
All prices are in pounds (£) sterling, exclusive of VAT.
For orders made from the UK or European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
Do not email your credit/debit card details to us. You will be contacted by phone to confirm your order, total cost and then we shall ask you for these details then. Once payment has been processed these details will then be destroyed in a safe and acceptable manner.
All capital purchases come with a 12 months guarantee.
ERS LTD do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund of the items cost, including cost of delivery. Please contact us by email or telephone and quote the invoice number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. Therefore you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
For invoiced customers we require payment within 30 days.
